A previsão de falta de ondas para o próximo final de semana, 23 e 24 de maio, forçou o adiamento da primeira etapa do Circuito ASN Compão / Secretaria de Esporte 2015. O campeonato acontecerá em Itacoatiara no final de semana seguinte, nos dias 30 e 31 de maio.
Em consequência do ciclone da semana passada, que trouxe uma grande ondulação de leste para a costa do estado, se formou uma massa de ar que está impedindo a entrada de correntes vindas do sul.
